 Unfortunately due to ill health, Lois Fenn has withdrawn from this year's festival and will not be appearing. We wish her a speedy recovery and hope to see her next year.

  An exciting weekend event on 13th March . Locally born prize-winning author Gavin Extence will be reading from his books and answering questions. Book now at Fydell House, Boston. Unfortunately Gavin was ill at the time of last years Book Festival and had to withdraw. We are delighted to know he is fit and well and eager to meet us all before this years Festival. Gavin is the award winning author of 4 novels, which have been translated into 20 languages. He writes books that are funny, and sad, weird but relatable.   He will be appearing at Fydell House at 2pm on 13 th   March 2022.

 WE can now look back and say that the weekend of the first Boston Book Festival was a great success. Here are some photos of various events.

  We are proud to host an appearance by Benjamin Zephaniah , one of the most influential poets and authors of our times. As well as poetry and music, he writes realistic novels about teenagers, directed to adults as much as they are to teenagers.
